Preparation:

First, wash the vegetables and herbs thoroughly and remove all remnants of the soil, or spray. We will prepare baking paper, which we will cover the baking sheet on which we will dry the vegetables. It is ideal to dry vegetables on several plates at once. We set the tube to a minimum, which is about 50 degrees Celsius. We leave it ajar and watch and stir over time so that it dries properly and does not accidentally burn down...

You can dry the ingredients outside in the shade or at home at room temperature, but then you have to expect to wait a few days. More ideal for most of us, it will probably use an oven for baking...

When we have the ingredients dried, grind them to a dust with a kitchen mixer. Then all you have to do is mix the ingredients together. Try adding them all, but keep a few grams of them all at the end. Then you can add exactly what you need and what you use the barbs for other cooking exactly according to your taste...

Store vegetation like all other spices should suffice until you consume it and make a new one. You can also store it in a dry, dark place at room temperature. Nothing happens when the temperature is even lower salt is a perfect preservative...
